Senior Software Engineer - Data Engineer

Janea Systems is hiring a Senior Software Engineer in Data Engineering to build and operate the infrastructure behind analytics, reporting, and product features. The role owns ETL/ELT pipelines end to end, from ingesting source data through modeling and delivery, with a focus on reliability, data quality, and observability. It partners with analytics, product, and engineering teams to turn their needs into durable data solutions.

The position is remote within Europe and full time, with flexible working hours. Candidates need at least four years of relevant experience, strong SQL and programming skills, production pipeline experience, and familiarity with cloud data platforms and modern warehouses. The team also values orchestration, streaming, dbt, and infrastructure-as-code experience.
