Software Engineer – AI/ML Platform

Prima is hiring a Software Engineer for its AI/ML Platform, building shared services, APIs and developer tools that help engineers and data scientists experiment with, develop and operate AI and machine learning solutions. The work centers on reliable, scalable platform capabilities used across the company, including observability and developer experience.

You’ll work with engineers and data scientists, turning user needs into reusable capabilities and owning work from technical design through implementation and operation. Prima is open to mid-level and senior engineers, with scope and ownership adapted to experience. The role asks for Python, software design and architecture foundations, and experience building and operating reliable systems. Platform, developer tooling, cloud-native and production AI experience are useful additions.
