About the role
Sia Partners is seeking an intern for its Milan office to join AI and Data Science client projects focused on digital transformation. The role supports the development of AI solutions, explores technologies used in transformation projects, and helps assess project risks and opportunities. You will contribute to selecting tools for target architectures and apply technical knowledge to real cases that generate business insights for decision-making.
Alongside client work, the intern can contribute to internal research and development, including new solutions and use cases. Applicants need a master’s degree in a STEM discipline, basic Python knowledge, interest in machine learning and generative AI, and professional English. Previous experience through a thesis, university project, or hackathon is a plus. Familiarity with cloud services or databases is welcome. The internship offers mentoring and a possible company position after completion, depending on performance.
